Pre employment assessments
Whether someone is fit for the role they have been offered, and what adjustments would make them so.

An occupational health assessment answers one question: what can this person safely do at work, and what needs adjusting. It is not a fitness test and it is not a disciplinary process. The report goes to whoever commissioned it, and you are told what it says.

Whether someone is fit for the role they have been offered, and what adjustments would make them so.
The most commonly requested, and usually the most contested. What the person can do now, what they cannot, and for how long.
Where someone has been off and both sides need a plan rather than an opinion.
Ongoing monitoring where a role requires it by law, which for many employers is the part most often overlooked until an inspection.
Increasingly the largest single category of referral, and the one where the quality of the report matters most.
Including ergonomic assessment of a workstation where that is the issue.

Or call 0161 470 5858. Employers and individuals can both arrange this.
A vague referral produces a vague report. The single biggest factor in a useful report is a specific question.
