- The report is the product, and its speed is usually what the case turns on. A return-to-work decision, a recruitment decision, or an adjustment cannot be made until it lands, and every day it takes is a day the situation stays unresolved.
- Ours is written within 48 hours of the appointment. It sets out fitness for the role, any recommended adjustments, and a timescale where applicable. It is written to be acted on by someone who is not a clinician, which is where most occupational health reports go wrong.
- One thing that genuinely slows a report down, and it is worth knowing before you book: where a case needs records from a GP or a treating specialist, the wait is on them rather than on us. Tell us at referral if you already know that it will be needed, and we can request it in parallel rather than after the appointment
