Confidential STI testing in London, with results back the next day.

Same day appointments, no referral, and you can walk in. We are at Portman Square in Marylebone, in the medical district beside Harley Street. If a result is positive we treat it here rather than sending you elsewhere, and nothing goes to your NHS GP unless you ask us to.

Confidential STI testing IN LONDON

Most people who book this are anxious about two things: the result, and being seen. Both are worth addressing plainly.

  • On being seen. Burnett Road, Streetly is a general medical location, not a signed sexual health service. Nobody in the waiting area knows why anyone else is there.
  • On confidentiality. Your records stay with us. Nothing is passed to your NHS GP unless you specifically ask us to, and you do not need to be registered with a local practice to be seen.
  • On the result. If something is positive, we treat it here where we can, and explain what it means and who else needs to know. You will not be handed a result and left to work out the next step.

SAME DAY STI TESTING IN LONDON

    Booking or walking in

Same day appointments are usually available, and you can walk in during opening hours. No referral, and no need to explain why when you book.

When to test after a risk

This matters more than how soon you can be seen. Testing too early gives a result that reassures you wrongly. The Early Detection panel is for less than 10 days since the exposure, the Complete panel for after 10 days, and HIV testing is reliable from 28 days. If you come in too early we will tell you, and tell you when to come back.

What we test for IN LONDON

    • STI Early Detection, £295. For less than 10 days since exposure. Chlamydia trachomatis, gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes simplex I and II, mycoplasma hominis and genitalium, ureaplasma urealyticum, bacterial vaginosis and haemophilus ducreyi.
    • STI Complete, £495. For after 10 days. HIV, hepatitis B and C, chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes simplex I and II, ureaplasma and mycoplasma, trichomonas and gardnerella.
    • HIV test, £195. Reliable from 28 days after exposure. HIV antibody and p24 antigen.

Individual tests are also available if you only need one thing checked. Free NHS testing exists too, and if cost matters more than speed it is worth looking up your local NHS sexual health service before booking here.

What happens after your results IN LONDON

Results come back the next day and someone talks you through them.

      • If everything is negative, we will tell you whether the timing of your test means it can be relied on, or whether one marker needs repeating later.
      • If something is positive, most infections we test for are straightforward to treat and we treat them here. Chlamydia is a short antibiotic course. Gonorrhoea needs an intramuscular injection and a test of cure afterwards. Syphilis and HIV need specialist care and we arrange the referral rather than leaving you to find it.
      • Partner notification is part of the conversation, not an afterthought. We will help you work out who needs telling and how, including anonymously.
