Health surveillance is a legal duty where your people are exposed to specific hazards: noise, dust, respiratory sensitisers, vibration, skin irritants, asbestos. The obligation is straightforward. The logistics are not, particularly if you have thirty operatives who would each lose half a day travelling to a clinic.

On site delivery solves that. A clinician attends your premises, works through your workforce at an agreed rate, and your people lose minutes rather than hours. For a construction site, factory or depot, that difference is usually the entire business case.

We deliver spirometry, audiometry, skin and vibration surveillance, asbestos medicals and fitness for work assessments on site, and we handle consent, records and certification. You get certificates and a compliance record; the clinical detail stays confidential to the employee.

Two practical things. We need a suitable room, and for spirometry and audiometry that means somewhere quiet with a door, not a corner of a workshop, because ambient noise invalidates audiometry and interruption invalidates spirometry. And we need a rota, since throughput depends on people arriving when expected.
