Employee Wellbeing Health Checks

Employee wellbeing spend has a poor reputation, largely because a lot of it is unused app subscriptions and fruit bowls. A health check is different: it is tangible, people value it, uptake is high, and it occasionally finds something that genuinely matters to someone.

We deliver health checks at your premises or at any of our ten clinics. Each employee gets measurements and blood tests appropriate to the package you choose, and a consultation with a clinician to go through the results properly. That consultation is the part that makes it worth doing. A screen without an explanation is a spreadsheet, and it is where most workplace screening falls down.

One thing to be clear about from the start, because it protects you as much as them. The results belong to the employee. You receive anonymised aggregate reporting, not individual results. Nothing about a named person’s health comes back to you, and that is not a limitation of our service, it is a legal and ethical requirement. Employees who believe otherwise do not participate honestly, and the whole exercise becomes pointless.
