IV Vitamin Drip Therapy
From £250, 15 to 45 minutes, in a CQC-registered clinic.
Vitamins and fluids given intravenously by a medical team, at any of our ten UK clinics. A clinician screens you first, because a drip goes straight into a vein and that is a medical procedure rather than a treatment.
- From £250
- 15 to 45 Minutes
- Given by a Medical Team
- Screened First
- CQC registered
- Ten UK Clinics.
Book an IV VITAMIN DRIP without the wait
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available.
A short screening comes first. Your medical history, your medicines, any kidney or heart condition, and whether a drip is appropriate for you at all. It takes a few minutes, and it is not a formality.
Then the drip. You sit in a chair, a cannula goes into a vein in your arm, and the infusion runs for 15 to 45 minutes depending on which one you are having. You can read, work, or use your phone throughout.
No downtime afterwards. Most people go straight back to their day.
Why patients choose our IV VITAMIN THERAPY
- A CQC-registered medical clinic, not a hotel room or a pop-up.
- Given by a medical team, with a doctor on site.
- Screened by a clinician first, including your kidney and heart history.
- From £250, published.
- 15 to 45 minutes, with no downtime.
- Ten UK clinics, with same-day appointments.
- Blood tests available, if you would rather know your levels than guess at them.

What IV VITAMIN THERAPY can and cannot do
Being straight about this is the reason to book here rather than somewhere else.
What a drip does reliably. It puts fluid and vitamins directly into your bloodstream, bypassing the gut. If you are dehydrated, you will feel better. If you are genuinely deficient in something being given, replacing it will help.
What the evidence does not support. IV vitamins are not proven to prevent illness, boost immunity, cure a hangover, detoxify you, or burn fat. Those claims are common in this industry, and they are not established.
Who tends to be genuinely deficient. People with absorption problems, people after bariatric surgery, people on restricted diets, and people with certain long-term conditions. For most people eating a normal diet, vitamin levels are adequate, and extra is passed out in urine rather than stored up as benefit.
So why have one? Because you are dehydrated and want it corrected quickly. Because you have a confirmed deficiency and this is the route you prefer. Or because you want the experience and you have decided it is worth the money to you. All three are legitimate, and none of them needs an exaggerated claim attached.
What we will not do. Recommend a drip in place of a diagnosis. If you feel exhausted and do not know why, the useful appointment is a consultation and a blood test, not an infusion.
How To Book an IV Drip Consultation
Step 1
Book online or call 0208 050 0379.
Step 2
Screening.
Your history, medicines, allergies, and any kidney, heart, or liver condition. This decides whether a drip is safe for you.
Step 3
Choosing the drip.
Based on what you actually want from it rather than on the name.
Step 4
The infusion.
A cannula into a vein, 15 to 45 minutes in a chair.
Step 5
Straight back to your day.
No recovery time for most people.

How long do the effects of an IV DRIP last
- Hydration is immediate. If you were dehydrated, that resolves during the infusion and you will notice it.
- Vitamin levels rise straight away and then fall as your body uses or excretes what it does not need. Water soluble vitamins, including B and C, are not stored, so a high level does not persist.
- How long you feel a difference varies a great deal between people, and honestly reported, that is because part of what people notice is hydration and part is the experience of an hour of rest.
- If you want a durable change in a vitamin level, the route is a blood test and a proper replacement regime, not a repeat infusion.

IS IV VITAMIN THERAPY SAFE?
In a CQC-registered clinic, with screening and a medical team, the risks are small, but they are real. They are not zero, and any provider telling you they are is not being straight with you.
Common and minor. Bruising or soreness where the cannula went in. A cool feeling in the arm as the fluid runs. A metallic or vitamin taste. Needing the toilet afterwards, because you have just had a bag of fluid.
Uncommon. Irritation of the vein, dizziness or feeling faint, a small leak of fluid under the skin if the cannula moves.
Rare but serious. Infection at the cannula site, an allergic reaction, and fluid overload in people whose heart or kidneys cannot handle the extra volume.
Who should not have a drip. This is why screening matters.
- Heart failure, or any condition where extra fluid is a problem
- Kidney disease, where the kidneys cannot clear a large vitamin or fluid load
- G6PD deficiency, where high-dose intravenous vitamin C can cause red blood cells to break down
- Haemochromatosis or iron overload, where iron-containing infusions are unsafe
- Pregnancy, unless specifically assessed
- A known allergy to any component
Tell us everything at screening, including supplements you buy yourself. A drip is a medical procedure, and the honest reason to have it in a medical clinic rather than a spa is that someone there can manage it if something goes wrong.
IV VITAMIN DRIP FAQS
From £250.
The cannula going in is a brief sting. After that, most people feel nothing beyond a cool sensation in the arm.
Bruising or soreness at the site, a cool feeling or a vitamin taste during the infusion, needing the toilet afterwards. Uncommonly, dizziness or vein irritation. Rarely, infection, allergy, or fluid overload.
Hydration is immediate. Water-soluble vitamins are not stored, so levels fall again as your body uses or clears them.
Fluid helps with dehydration, which is part of a hangover. Nothing in a drip cures one, and that is not a claim we will make.
Not without a specific assessment. Tell us at booking.
15 to 45 minutes depending on the drip.
In a CQC-registered clinic with screening and a medical team, the risks are small. They are not zero. Module 9 sets out the side effects and who should not have one.
Anyone with heart failure, kidney disease, G6PD deficiency, iron overload, or an allergy to a component, and anyone pregnant unless specifically assessed.
There is no good evidence that it will. If you are deficient in something, correcting that helps. If you are not, extra is passed out rather than stored as benefit.
Not required, but it is a more useful purchase if you do not know your levels, and it costs less than a drip.
Yes, all ten.
