Book your travel vaccinations appointment Without The Wait

Ideally, see us 6 to 8 weeks before you travel. Some vaccines need more than one dose, and some need time to work. If you are leaving sooner than that, book anyway. Very few trips are impossible to cover at short notice, and it is almost always better to have partial protection than none.

Your consultation is a risk assessment, not a sales list. We look at your destinations, the time of year, how long you are going, where you will be staying, what you will be doing, and your own medical history and vaccination record. Then we tell you what you actually need, which is often fewer vaccines than a generic country checklist suggests.

Why Travel Vaccinations Are Important Before International Travel

Travel vaccinations protect you against diseases that are rare or absent in the UK but more common at your destination. Beyond your own health, some countries also require proof of specific vaccinations, particularly Yellow Fever, before they'll let you enter. A proper travel health consultation looks at your itinerary and health together, so you get advice specific to your trip rather than a generic list.

Which Travel Vaccinations Might You Need?

This depends on your destination, how long you're travelling, your planned activities, your medical history, your age, and which vaccines you've already had. Rather than guessing, tell us your itinerary and a clinician will advise what's actually relevant to you.

Vaccines we commonly provide include Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Typhoid, Rabies, Yellow Fever, Cholera, Japanese Encephalitis, Meningitis ACWY, and Diphtheria-Tetanus-Polio boosters. Not every trip needs all of these, which is exactly why the consultation matters.

What Happens During Your Travel Vaccination Appointment?

    1. Step 1

      BOOK YOUR FREE CONSULTATION

Online or by phone. Same-day telephone and video slots are usually available if you are short of time.

    2. Step 2

TELL US WHERE YOU ARE GOING

Destinations, dates, how long, where you are staying, and what you will be doing. Bring your vaccination record if you have one.

    3. Step 3

      YOUR RISK ASSESSMENT

A clinician works through what is genuinely needed for your itinerary, what is optional, and what is not worth having.

    4. Step 4

      VACCINATION IN THE SAME VISIT

Multiple vaccines can usually be given together. Yellow fever certificates are issued on the spot.

    5. Step 5

ADVICE THAT IS NOT A VACCINE

Bite avoidance, food and water precautions, malaria tablets where needed, and what to do if you fall ill abroad. This part prevents more illness than the injections do.
